How does the mentoring process work?
- We first meet to discuss the performance topics we want to work on together and what results the mentee wants.
- We then mutually schedule a regular time to meet either live or virtually.
- We then develop an agenda for the first meeting and move forward.
What time commitment do I need to devote to mentoring?
Usually one hour per month for the mentee. The mentor will usually allow 1/2 hour preparation for the agenda and 1/2 hour follow up following the mentoring session.
